Welcome to Auryenne. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of our products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or make a purchase.

2. Products

Limited Edition:

All Auryenne designs are produced in strictly limited editions of exactly 50 pieces per design. Once a design sells out, it will not be reproduced under any circumstances. We do not accept pre-orders or waitlist registrations for sold-out designs.

Product Descriptions:

We make every effort to represent product colors, textures, and details as accurately as possible. However, silk is a natural material and slight variations in texture or sheen are normal and inherent to the product. On-screen color representation may differ slightly from the physical product depending on your device’s display settings. Such natural variations do not constitute a defect.

Availability:

All products are subject to availability at the time of order. In the rare event that a product becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or an alternative.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing:

All prices are listed in USD and include free worldwide shipping. Prices are inclusive of applicable Turkish VAT where required. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, the price applicable to your order is fixed at the time of purchase confirmation.

Payment:

Payments are processed securely through Iyzico. We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods made available at checkout. We do not store your full card details.

Failed or Fraudulent Payments:

We reserve the right to cancel any order where payment cannot be verified, is declined, or where we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud or misuse. In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund of any amounts charged.

Customs and Import Duties:

International customers may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs clearance fees levied by their country’s customs authority. These charges are entirely the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Auryenne has no control over and accepts no liability for such charges.

4. Invoice and Receipt

In accordance with Turkish tax legislation, an electronic invoice will be issued for every order and delivered to the email address provided at checkout. Please ensure your invoicing details are accurate at the time of order. Auryenne cannot modify invoice details retrospectively beyond the timeframe permitted by tax regulations.

5. Orders and Confirmations

Order Acceptance:

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order — it confirms that we have received your request. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your order and send a shipping confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, payment failure, or suspected fraud.

Order Processing:

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. You will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Order Cancellation by Customer:

You may cancel your order before it is dispatched by contacting us at hello@auryenne.com. Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is no longer possible; however, you may return the item in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

6. Shipping and Delivery

We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Estimated delivery times vary by location (Turkey: 3-7 business days; Europe: 7-10; United States: 10-14; Rest of World: 10-18). These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery delays: Auryenne is not liable for any delays caused by customs processing, weather events, courier capacity issues, public holidays, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss: Risk of loss and title transfer to the customer upon delivery of the package to the designated shipping address.

Incorrect address: Auryenne is not responsible for non-delivery resulting from an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges for re-delivery will be at the customer’s expense.

7. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

Please refer to our full Return & Exchange Policy for detailed terms. Key points:

14-day right of withdrawal from delivery date, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502
Scarf must be returned in original sealed packaging with tamper-evident seal intact
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility for both domestic and international orders
The right of withdrawal is forfeited once the packaging seal is broken, as the product is deemed to have lost its commercial resalability
Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product

8. Defective and Non-Conforming Products

In accordance with Articles 56-58 of Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, we are liable for any material defects or non-conformity that exist at the time of delivery for a period of 2 (two) years from the delivery date.

If you receive a defective product, you are entitled to choose from the following remedies:

Full refund: Withdraw from the purchase and receive a complete refund
Replacement: Receive a replacement product, subject to availability
Price reduction: Receive a proportional reduction in the purchase price
Free repair: Request repair of the defect where applicable

To report a defective product, contact us at hello@auryenne.com with clear photographs of the defect within a reasonable time of discovery. Return shipping costs for confirmed defective products are covered by Auryenne.

The following do not constitute defects: Damage resulting from improper care (e.g., machine washing, tumble drying, incorrect ironing), exposure to chemicals, perfume or makeup contact, or any use inconsistent with the care instructions provided. Natural variations in silk texture and sheen are also not defects.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to text, images, logos, product designs, graphics, and descriptions — is the exclusive property of Auryenne / Lavi Tasarım or its licensors and is protected by Turkish and international copyright and trademark law.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any content from this website is strictly prohibited without our prior written consent. Violations will be pursued to the full extent of the law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Auryenne / Lavi Tasarım shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from:

Your use of or inability to use our website or products
Delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control
Customs duties, taxes, or import restrictions imposed by your country
Damage to the product caused by improper care or use contrary to the care instructions provided

Our total aggregate liability for any claim relating to our products or services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use our website or services for any of the following:

Any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable regulations
Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
Using automated tools, bots, or scrapers to collect data from our website
Submitting false, fraudulent, or misleading orders or information
Reproducing or distributing our intellectual property without permission

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, and block access for any user found to be in violation of these prohibitions, without prior notice and without liability.

12. Force Majeure

Auryenne / Lavi Tasarım shall not be in breach of these Terms & Conditions or liable for any delay or failure to perform any obligation under these terms where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This includes but is not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, labor disputes, government actions, pandemics, power outages, or disruptions to transportation or communications infrastructure.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.

For consumers located in Turkey, in the event of any dispute, you may apply to:

Consumer Arbitration Committee: For claims up to the annual threshold determined by the Ministry of Customs and Trade
Consumer Court: For claims above the arbitration threshold

Competent jurisdiction for legal proceedings is the courts of Bursa, Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights applicable in your jurisdiction.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms & Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a competent court or authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed if modification is not possible. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

15. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. For material changes, we will take reasonable steps to notify existing customers. Your continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
