No. Our commitment to true scarcity is what makes Auryenne meaningful. Once a design sells out, it will never be produced again.

What size are Auryenne scarves?

Each scarf measures 50cm x 50cm (approximately 20" x 20") — a classic, versatile size for wearing around the neck, in your hair, on your bag, or as a pocket square.

Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide. All orders include free shipping, no matter where you are.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
• Turkey: 3-7 business days
• Europe: 7-10 business days
• United States: 10-14 business days
• Rest of World: 10-18 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, weather, or courier capacity. A tracking number will be sent to you once your order ships.

Do I have to pay customs duties?

Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees vary by country and are the customer's responsibility. We recommend checking with your local customs authority if you have concerns.

Do you offer gift packaging?

Every Auryenne scarf arrives in an elegant envelope-style box with tissue paper, a thank-you card, and silk care instructions. No additional gift wrapping is needed.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link via email.

What if my package arrives damaged?

If your package arrives visibly damaged, we recommend refusing delivery or asking the courier to document the damage before you accept it. Then contact us immediately at hello@auryenne.com with photos — we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Caring for Your Scarf

How do I wash my silk scarf?

Hand wash only — never machine wash:
• Fill a basin with lukewarm water (never hot)
• Add a small amount of mild detergent or baby shampoo — no bleach or harsh chemicals
• Gently swish — do not scrub, twist, or wring
• Rinse thoroughly in cool water until soap-free
Drying:
• Never use a dryer or hang to dry
• Lay flat on a clean towel, roll gently to absorb excess water, then lay flat to air dry
• Keep away from direct sunlight and heat sources

How do I remove wrinkles?

• Steam in a bathroom — hang the scarf while you shower
• If ironing is needed: use the silk/lowest setting with a thin cloth between the iron and the scarf
Never iron the hand-rolled edges — they're meant to have a soft, rounded finish

How do I store my scarf?

• Fold neatly — don't hang (hanging stretches silk)
• Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight
• The original box is ideal for storage

What about perfume and makeup?

Always apply perfume, hairspray, and makeup before wearing your scarf. Silk absorbs oils and fragrances easily, which may cause permanent staining.

What if I get a stain?

• Act immediately — gently dab (never rub) with a damp cloth and a tiny amount of mild soap
• Rinse the whole scarf to avoid water marks
• For stubborn stains, professional dry cleaning is the safest option

Returns & Exchanges

Can I return my scarf if I don't like it?

Yes, provided the scarf remains in its original sealed packaging with the tamper-evident seal fully intact, and your return request is made within 14 days of delivery. Once the seal is broken, the product is deemed to have lost its commercial resalability and cannot be returned.

Why can't I return after opening the seal?

We use transparent packaging so you can inspect the scarf fully before opening. Once the seal is broken, we cannot verify the product's condition — whether it has been worn, used, or exposed to perfume or makeup. This policy is agreed to at the time of purchase.

What if my scarf arrives defective?

Contact us immediately with photos. If the defect is confirmed, you are entitled to a full refund, replacement, price reduction, or repair — at your choice. This right applies for 2 years from delivery.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes, subject to availability. Since each design is limited to 50 pieces, your preferred design may sell out before your exchange is processed. In that case, we'll issue a full refund.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for both domestic and international orders. We recommend a trackable shipping method. Auryenne covers return shipping only for confirmed defective products.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive and inspect your return (within 2 business days), your refund will be processed within 14 days to your original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to post the refund.
