Shipping Policy
At Auryenne, we’re committed to delivering your scarf safely and carefully, wherever you are in the world. Please read this policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Free Worldwide Shipping
All orders ship free, worldwide. Shipping is included in the product price — there are no additional shipping charges at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Turkish public holidays). You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after purchase, and a separate shipping confirmation email with your tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Please note: Processing time is separate from delivery time. During peak periods or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take longer; we will communicate any significant delays.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times from dispatch date are as follows:
- Turkey: 3-7 business days
- Europe: 7-10 business days
- United States: 10-14 business days
- Rest of World: 10-18 business days
Important: These timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Auryenne is not liable for delivery delays caused by customs clearance procedures, weather conditions, courier disruptions, public holidays, force majeure events, or any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Delivery time estimates do not begin until your order is dispatched.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to appear in the courier’s system after receiving your shipping confirmation.
If you have not received a tracking email within 3 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder before contacting us.
5. Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes
For international orders, your shipment may be subject to import duties, customs taxes, or clearance fees imposed by your country’s customs authority upon arrival. These charges are determined solely by your local customs office and are entirely the customer’s responsibility.
Auryenne has no control over customs processes and accepts no liability for:
- Delays caused by customs inspection or processing
- Import duties, taxes, or fees levied by your country
- Refusal of entry by customs authorities
We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you have concerns about applicable fees.
6. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at the time of checkout. Auryenne is not responsible for non-delivery, delay, or additional costs arising from:
- An incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer
- Failure to collect a package from the local post office or pickup point
- Refusal of delivery without prior authorization
If you need to update your shipping address, contact us at hello@auryenne.com as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not yet been dispatched.
7. Damaged Packages
Upon delivery: If your package arrives visibly damaged, we strongly recommend either:
- Refusing delivery and asking the courier to record the refusal with a damage note, OR
- Accepting delivery only after requesting that the courier documents and acknowledges the damage in writing
Contact us at hello@auryenne.com immediately with photographs of the outer packaging and the product. We will arrange a replacement or full refund for confirmed courier-caused damage.
Please note: Auryenne cannot accept claims for delivery damage where the package was accepted without any notation of damage with the courier. We strongly advise following the steps above to protect your rights.
8. Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you have not received it, please:
- Check with neighbors, building management, or any safe drop location
- Check with your local post office or courier pickup point
- Allow 2 additional business days, as carriers occasionally update tracking prematurely
If your package is confirmed lost, contact us within 7 days of the reported delivery date. We will open an investigation with the courier. Resolution timelines depend on the courier’s investigation process and are outside our direct control. We will keep you updated throughout.
9. Undeliverable and Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us as undeliverable — due to an incorrect address, multiple failed delivery attempts, or uncollected packages — we will contact you to discuss options:
- Re-shipment to the correct address — additional shipping costs will be charged to the customer
- Refund of the product price — original shipping costs are non-refundable; return shipping costs incurred are the customer’s responsibility
Auryenne reserves the right to deduct any courier return shipping costs incurred from the refund amount in such cases.
10. Force Majeure
Auryenne is not responsible for shipping delays or failures resulting from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of war or terrorism, strikes, pandemics, government restrictions, or significant courier network disruptions. In such circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to communicate with affected customers and find suitable solutions.
11. Packaging
Every Auryenne scarf is carefully packaged in an elegant envelope-style box with tissue paper, a thank-you card, and silk care instructions. All orders arrive gift-ready — no additional gift wrapping is needed or available.
