Each piece is crafted with care and arrives in sealed packaging to ensure it reaches you untouched and in pristine condition. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help — within the conditions set out below.

Return Window

You have 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange, in accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502.

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, all of the following conditions must be met:

  • Packaging seal intact: The scarf must remain in its original packaging with the tamper-evident seal fully unbroken.
  • Unworn and unused: The scarf must show no signs of wear, use, perfume, makeup, skin contact, or any alteration whatsoever.
  • Complete packaging: All original packaging materials, tags, and care card must be included.
  • Within the return window: The return request must be made within 14 calendar days of the delivery date.

Why the seal matters: Our scarves are dispatched in transparent sealed packaging precisely so that you can fully inspect the design, color, and fabric quality without opening the seal. Once the seal is broken, the product is deemed to have lost its commercial resalability — we have no way to verify whether the scarf has been worn, used, or exposed to external factors such as perfume, makeup, or direct skin contact. By accepting these conditions at the time of purchase, you acknowledge this policy.

How to Request a Return

Email us at hello@auryenne.com within the 14-day return window, including:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photographs of the sealed, intact packaging

We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and a return address. Do not send any item back before receiving our written authorization — unauthorized returns cannot be accepted.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer for both domestic (Turkey) and international orders. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Auryenne accepts no liability for items lost or damaged in transit during the return journey. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 2 business days. If the item meets all return conditions:

  • Your refund will be processed within 14 days of inspection confirmation
  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable
  • Return shipping costs are non-refundable

Please note: Your payment provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account after we have processed it. This processing time is outside our control.

Rejected returns: If a returned item fails our inspection (broken seal, signs of wear, missing packaging), we reserve the right to refuse the return and send the item back to you. Return shipping costs in such cases will be charged to the customer.

Exchanges

Exchanges for a different design may be requested within the 14-day return window, subject to availability. Because each design is limited to exactly 50 pieces worldwide, your preferred design may sell out before your exchange is processed. If this occurs, we will issue a full refund. We cannot guarantee exchange availability under any circumstances.

Non-Returnable Items

The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised in the following cases:

  • Scarves with broken, tampered, or missing packaging seals — the product is deemed to have lost its commercial resalability
  • Scarves showing any signs of wear, staining, perfume, makeup, or alteration
  • Scarves with missing packaging, tags, or care card
  • Returns requested after the 14-day window has elapsed
  • Final sale or promotional items (if applicable)

Defective or Damaged Products

If your scarf arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at hello@auryenne.com with clear photographs. In accordance with Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502 (Articles 56-58), you are entitled to the following rights for defective products for a period of 2 (two) years from the delivery date:

  • Full refund, replacement, price reduction, or repair — at your choice
  • Return shipping costs for confirmed defective products are covered by Auryenne

The following do not constitute defects: Natural variations in silk texture or sheen, minor on-screen color differences, or damage resulting from improper care or use contrary to the provided care instructions.

If your package arrives visibly damaged by the courier, we recommend refusing delivery or requesting that the courier document the damage before you accept it.

Limited Edition Notice

Each Auryenne design is produced in a limited edition of exactly 50 pieces and will never be reproduced. We strongly encourage you to inspect your scarf through the transparent packaging before breaking the seal. Once a design sells out, it cannot be repurchased — including after a return.
